It’s Kitten Yoga Time!
In collaboration and partnership, Homeward Pet Adoption Center and Cut & Flow Yoga Studio are offering this unique limited time opportunity to our friends and supporters to strengthen your body with the most adorable four legged friends! Lead by Cut & Flow Instructors, you will receive an interactive yoga session while spending time with a litter of soon to be adoptable kittens.
A minimum $50 non-refundable donation using the registration form is requested for each class. Additional donations are appreciated to support the kittens and other animals in our care.
Classes will be held at one of two locations:

Bothell, WA 98011
- Send a screen shot of your donation to Alora Green at Cut + Flow to secure a space in class
- Must comply with studio policies and create a free account to sign the studio waiver
- It is recommended you wear long pants and sleeves in case any kittens decide to jump on you and adjust your yoga form (they’re very picky about spine positioning in Cat Pose)
- Kittens will be available for adoption in the weeks following your Kitten Yoga session

- Please bring your own yoga mat/towel and water bottle
- All participants must be 16+ years of age or 10+ years old with an accompanying adult

- Kittens will be available for adoption in the weeks following your Kitten Yoga session
- Facility tours will be available as staffing allows
A general $50 donation does not secure your space in kitten yoga. In order to ensure that we keep the number of participants limited for the health and safety of the kittens, please use the form on this page (when registration is open) to ensure your space in class. Failure to use this form may result in your inability to attend your chosen class.
