Thank YOU for supporting our Special Needs Animals!

We are so thankful for our amazing donors who support our Whoopi’s Fund for Special Needs animals – we could not continue to offer extraordinary medical care to our cats and dogs without you! Take a look at how your generous gifts have helped Beau and Puggsley, two of the many animals who have benefited from Whoopi’s Fund.

Puggsley arrived with a mast cell tumor that needed to be removed from his left leg.  Following a difficult surgery and two weeks of daily bandage changes, medication, dental extractions and another mass removal!, Puggsley was adopted in his forever home, where “his favorite spot is the lap of whoever is sitting down.”

Beau happy & healthy in his new home!

BEAU ~ happy & healthy in his new home!

Beau came to Homeward Pet covered in fleas and limping because of an untreated injury that became abscessed.  Your generous gifts to Whoopi’s Fund provided therapy for his injury and infection, flea treatment and medications. Beau is now pain-free and happily thriving in his forever home.

As we grow, so does the need to help more special needs animals like Neo who needs your help today.

Neo still needs your help!

NEO ~Now in her forever home!

Neo arrived with a lump on her abdomen. Your support of Whoopi’s Fund allowed us to perform the necessary tests, including blood work, biopsy and ultrasound, and perform a complete mastectomy to remove the cancerous mass and prevent spreading of the disease. Neo will need ongoing medical care while she waits to meet her forever family.
