Homeward Pet is entirely funded by the generosity of individuals just like you. For as little as .50 cents a day or a recurring donation of $15 per month, you can help provide much needed medical care to our homeless animals. For less than the cost of a latte a day, a recurring donation of $100 per month will pay for spay/neuter surgeries of twelve companion animals a year.

Facility needs:
- We are expanding our dog kenneling capacity (aka rescue capacity) and our post-surgery medical care area. Welded (not chain link) dog kennels, for two dogs (10x5) with gates, cost approximately $1,000. Supplies needed for upcoming Kitten Season:
- kitchen food scales (to weigh kittens)
- heating pads or snuggle safe heating discs (for kittens)
- KMR powder
- kitten bottles and nipples- (4 Paws and CatAC are good products - available on Amazon)
- kitten wet food
- kitten dry food-(nutro-max, Science diet or authority)
- baby food; chicken or turkey- no onions please
We also need basic supplies to run our shelter. Some of the items currently needed:
- trash bags (Costco sturdy kitchen size bags)
- postage stamps
- cat cardboard scratchers
- cat hidey beds
- laundry detergent
- Ink Jet cartridges for our color printers-HP78, HP56, HP57, HP15 and HP45
- Nylabones (hard variety only)
- cat toys (favorite are small furry mice or feather toys on a string)
- hand sanitizer
- small size collars for dogs and puppies
- paper towels
- Bleach
- fleece bedding and blankets
- new litter boxes (all sizes)
