Take Action!

A bill to repeal Washington’s breed discriminatory legislation ordinance is being considered in the current legislative session.  SB 5094 would take a step toward eliminating using breed as a factor when determining if a dog is dangerous or potentially dangerous.  If you oppose legislation that deems a dog as dangerous based solely on their breed or appearance, now is the time to call your state senator, and express your support for SB5094.
